Join the grove.
We are enrolling now, with room for only a few children. Small classes are not a slogan here — they are how many we are licensed to take.
Four steps, and we walk each one with you.
None of this is designed to filter families out. It is so everyone — your child included — knows what they are saying yes to.
Apply
A short form about your child, your family, and the schedule you would like, with the non-refundable application fee by check. We will have gone through the fee with you at your visit, so there are no surprises here.
We offer a place
We confirm the program, the schedule, and the start date in writing.
Enroll
Sign, pay the deposit, and complete the final paperwork — health forms, immunization records, and the licensing forms. We send you everything your child needs for day one.
Questions parents ask first.
Does my child need to be potty trained?
Not for the Seedling Program. We work on it together, following your child’s readiness and matching what you do at home. Children joining the Sapling Program should be out of diapers.
My child has never been in school. Will they be okay?
Almost always, and usually faster than the parents. We phase new children in gradually and keep you posted during the day. Some tears at drop-off in week one are normal and do not mean anything is wrong.
What if my child is very active, very shy, or very strong-willed?
Montessori tends to suit all three better than a conventional preschool. Active children can move. Quiet children are not pushed into a group. Strong-willed children get real choices inside clear limits, which is usually what they were after. Come in and tell us about your child.
How will I know my child is doing well without grades?
We document as we go — what your child has been shown, what they have mastered, where they settle and where they steer clear. It builds into a portfolio of their work and their thinking, which we walk you through in conferences and you are welcome to see any time.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, including early and late care. The school day runs 8:30 to 3:30, with half-day pickup at 12:30.
